• Australia: Orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days.
• International: Please allow up to 14 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Exchanges

If your wetsuit isn’t the right size, no worries, simply ship it back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll send you the correct size. Customers cover return postage, but we’ll cover the cost of sending the new size out.

Returns

We only offer returns if your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, or if a fault appears within the first 3 months of use. In these cases, we’ll replace the product or issue a refund once the item has been returned and inspected.
